Castle
Our team of experts carefully examines each potential castle, which will then be acquired by the Fund. We choose our properties based on main criteria: location, infrastructure, accessibility to nearby cities and most importantly - the condition of the castle, which directly affects the cost of construction.
Residence
In the further stage our team begins with the planning of the Residence in collaboration with architects, designers and engineers. Apart from planning of living space - apartments, we also take into consideration the rooms for common use and commercial space, such as therapy rooms and restaurants.

After completing all phases of construction, we are proud to hand over the finished Residences to German local care service providers, bringing new life to our beautiful castles, where they become someone's home.

The castle was built in the baroque style in the middle of the 16th century. There is a stylish, well-kept landscaped park on the property. The renovated castle belongs to the luxury segment. The usable area is ca. 12.000 m² including 220 apartments .

Our single residence in located in Bavaria, Illesheim. Surrounded only by trees, gives the castle a comfortable atmosphere, clear air and beautiful nature. Inside this property, we renovated 34 unique apartments.

This residence represents the former hospital including 200 apartments. The area of the building is 15,000 m² and it has different parts of building construction - old and modern architectural parts of the building.
Erichsburg, Lower Saxony
ERICHSBURG
One of our oldest castles is the historic Erichsburg Castle, the former family seat of the dukes. On a living area of almost 4000m², 71 apartments will be newly renovated and rented to people in need of care. The Castle complex includes a wonderful park and a large vaulted cellar.
Uhyst, Saxony
UHYST
This wonderful residence is located next to a historical city "Dresden" and is close to the Spree River flowing through the place. Today's castle includes a baroque garden and an English landscape park. With a total amount of 68 apartments on an area of plots of almost 3.000 m2 it will provide a home for many people.

Rochlitz residence is located in a major district town with a convenient transport connection to the A72 Leipzig highway. A total of 40 apartments are being completely refurbished and modernized.
